General
In these terms and conditions of sale, Don Diego Trading is referred to as "Seller" and the purchasing party is referred to as "Buyer." All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions. Any purchase through our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders become effective only when accepted through our written/email confirmation
  • New buyers should include valid payment information at checkout
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • Transportation costs must not be deducted from the selling price

Payment

  • All payments are due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion
  • A finance charge of 1½% per month (18% annual rate) applies to past due accounts
  • Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees

Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • All prices are F.O.B. Seller's location unless otherwise specified
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer upon delivery to carrier
  • Shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed

Product Returns and Warranty

  • Receipt of products constitutes acceptance of their condition
  • Returns are subject to our Return Policy
  • We warrant products are of the type and quantity specified
  • No warranty applies to products that have been altered or improperly stored
  • We make no warranties regarding pull rates or card conditions

Limitation of Liability

  • Seller is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Maximum liability limited to purchase price of product
  • Seller not responsible for manufacturer defects or expired redemption cards

High-Value Order Verification 

Orders exceeding $5,000 require identity and address verification before acceptance  Seller reserves the right to request photo ID, phone verification, or video call confirmation

Orders may be cancelled if verification requirements are not met within 48 hours This verification process does not constitute discrimination and applies uniformly to all qualifying orders Fraud Prevention  

Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity  Mismatched billing/shipping information, use of freight forwarders, or other risk indicators may require additional verification

No refund processing fees apply to orders cancelled due to failed verification or suspected fraud

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, shipping delays, labor disputes, or supply chain issues.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Hampshire law. Any disputes shall be resolved in New Hampshire courts, and Buyer consents to such jurisdiction.

Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
